Ina-Garten

Ina Garten is an American writer of cookery cookbooks and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina started writing policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual rigors of the job, but soon lost interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. The store was very successful for 18 years before she decided to sell it. After that, she started the first book. Many other cookbooks and magazine columns came later. Her Food Network TV show also debuted with great success. Her range of items spans from appliances for kitchens to ingredient as well as storage containers. Ina has never attended a cookery school nor did she work in a dining establishment. She is entirely self-taught. She's known for her easygoing approach to cooking and entertaining. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
