Lita Ford and Francia Raisa
Lita Rossana Ford (also known by the name Lita Ford) is a British born American singer on guitar who took as the lead vocalist in The Runaways a female hard rock band in the 70s. The group was admired by their raunchy lyrics and punkish fashion. The band didn't have an enormous following within the United States. However, their popularity grew overseas and especially in Japan. Ford launched a solo heavy-metal career after the disbandment from her band in 1979. After taking vocal lessons, Ford released her first solo album "Out for Blood" which was followed by "Dancin on the Edge". Ford was unable to achieve any success with either record and disappeared from the world of rock for about a decade. It was 1988 when she released her hit album "Lita". Kiss Me Deadly was a big hit, as were the ballad Close My Eyes Forever and Kiss Me Deadly. However, her success was only brief and after a couple of more years, she disappeared.
