Lita Ford and Francia Raisa
Lita Rossana Ford, also known as Lita Ford, is an American guitar player and singer who was born in the UK. She was a lead guitarist as a member of The Runaways, a hard-rock group comprised of girls from the 1970s. Their punkish music and provocative lyrics helped them get not only the attention of rock fans but also from the community. It was not possible for the band to be popular in America, but they gained a lot of popularity in other countries, especially Japan. Following the split of the group in 1979, Ford started a lucrative solo career with heavy metal. Her debut solo album was called 'Dancin' on the Edge which was followed by her album Out for Blood. Ford disappeared for a few years from the music scene following the albums' failure to receive much attention. In 1988, Ford returned to the scene with a smashing album called 'Lita. Kiss Me Deadly, and Close My Eyes Forever both quickly became huge hit. Her success was unfortunately brief and after a couple of additional years she was absent. The album's release Black in 1995 was followed by a 15-year wait for 'Wicked Wonderland. The year was 2016, and her latest album, 'Timecapsule', was made available. She was awarded The Certified Guitar Legend Award by the Guitar Player Magazine.
